Where possible, the property location, boundaries and general on-ground condition are cross-checked against what was listed.
Verification Report
You receive a plain-language summary of what was checked and what was found — delivered through your Landbhumi account.

It is not an official government verification and does not replace legal due diligence, a lawyer’s title search, or registration checks at the relevant government land office.
